The Story
Music has always been the biggest passion in my life.
From a young age, I was completely obsessed with music. I remember reading all of the Eminem books I could get my hands on and trying to learn every song word for word. Music was always something I was drawn to, and it quickly became a huge part of who I was.
My taste has always been incredibly varied — from old-school Hip-Hop and artists like Eminem, 50 Cent, Akon and N-Dubz, through to Pitbull, Wiz Khalifa and Kendrick Lamar. I was always the kid with earphones in, or the one asking my parents to put music on in the car. Their response was almost always the same: “Not loads of your rap music!”
As I got older, my love for music continued to grow. When I went to university, I discovered a whole new side of it, becoming a regular raver and falling in love with Drum & Bass and House music. Exploring different genres and discovering new artists only made my passion for music stronger.
With such a wide knowledge of music and a genuine passion for discovering and sharing it, becoming a DJ eventually felt like the natural path for me.
